Why 3 Days Per Week?

Three strength workouts per week are enough to make excellent progress as a beginner.

You do not need to train hard every day. Your muscles and nervous system also need time to recover and adapt.

On the days between workouts, light walking or mobility work can keep you active without adding unnecessary training fatigue.

04

What Should I Do On Rest Days?

You don't need another hard workout.

Use rest days to stay lightly active and recover.

Walking

10 to 30 minutes at a comfortable pace.

Mobility

5 to 10 minutes of easy mobility work.

Complete Rest

If you're tired, sore or recovering from a difficult session, taking a full rest day is completely fine.

Quick Tips

  • Prioritize technique over speed.
  • Stop a set if your form breaks down.
  • Rest an extra 30 to 60 seconds if needed.
  • Walk regularly on non-training days.
  • Consistency matters more than doing a perfect workout.
